Ruslan Kosarenko is a principal partner of Sterling & Law Associates LLP.  He advises on all areas of UK immigration and nationality law and is accredited at the highest Level 3 with the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). 

Mr. Kosarenko has 11 years of experience in immigration law practice with particular expertise in complex human rights cases, including family reunion and asylum cases at both initial application and appeal levels.

His practice areas include all types of the UK visa applications, naturalisation and EU law applications, and full-scope corporate immigration support. Ruslan has extensive experience in the Points-Based System (PBS), including sponsored migrants, highly-skilled migrants, entrepreneurs and investors.

Ruslan has a unique track record in advising investors, entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals. He is an expert in Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur applications, acting for both corporate and individual clients. He has established professional relationships with accountants and tax advisers, barristers and counsels, wealth managers and other advisers enabling him to provide efficient service.

Mr. Kosarenko provides strategic advice and bespoke solutions for the UK businesses sponsoring overseas workers in a wide range of industries, including IT, fashion, media, finance, construction, transport and healthcare. He assisted a large number of companies with their compliance obligations and sponsor licence applications under Tier-2 and Tier-5 categories.

Ruslan is a regular speaker on the human rights and immigration law issues at professional conferences and expert panels.
