About Sofiya:

Sofiya Rogers brings a diverse background to her role at Sterling. With roots in the Middle East, she has gained valuable global experience, particularly during her time in the UAE, where she contributed to Mergers and Acquisitions in a magic circle law firm.

Sofiya completed her LLB in Law and Politics at Queen Mary University of London, where she honed her legal acumen and developed a passion for commercial and contract law in her field. In addition to her corporate experience, Sofiya has been involved in charitable initiatives in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom for over 6 years, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact.

As a driven and detail-oriented paralegal, Sofiya focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a growing proficiency in civil litigation. She has played a key role in assisting companies overseas in expanding their operations into the United Kingdom. Her experience includes company formation and structuring, corporate governance and managing civil proceedings.

She is preparing to undertake the Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE), as part of her journey toward becoming a practising solicitor in England and Wales.
