The Role:

We are seeking a Business Immigration Solicitor or OISC qualified/regulated immigration adviser to join our ranks. We are flexible concerning the level of seniority as the focus is more on high standards of expertise and client service than on a fixed number of years in this field! The team is based in the City of London. However, with the flexibility on offer, you may live outside of London but should have the ability to commute to the office where required.

Candidate experience/ skills:

• Bilingual English and Russian language capabilities
• Solicitor (UK) or fully accredited to minimum OISC level 1
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Solid experience in business immigration ( Global Talent ), innovator, Sponsor Licence
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent drafting skills
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Be organised and methodical in your approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay

Experience: business immigration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification: SRA Practicing certificate or OISC minim Level 1 (preferred)
