    Sterling Law is expanding its international business development team and is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across the Indian market.
    This is a commercially driven role focused on selling UK immigration solutions to founders, skilled professionals, businesses, and families seeking to relocate to or expand in the UK.
    We are looking for someone who understands the Indian market, thinks strategically, and can confidently sell high-value professional services.

    🎯 Key Responsibilities

    • -Generate and convert qualified leads from the Indian market
    • -Drive sales of Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Skilled Worker and Sponsor Licence services
    • -Develop B2B partnerships with Indian businesses and relocation advisors
    • -Manage the full sales cycle: consultation → proposal → closing
    • -Work closely with the legal team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
    • -Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

    ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

    • -Strong understanding of the Indian market and business culture
    • -Proven experience in immigration sales or regulated professional services (legal, financial, education, relocation advisory preferred)
    • -Comfortable selling high-value consultative services (£3,000–£10,000+)
    • -Solid understanding of UK business and work visa routes as a commercial product
    • -Fluent in English (Hindi strongly preferred)
    • -Target-driven, structured, and commercially mature
    • -Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of results
