    We are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Immigration Sales Manager, who will be responsible for promoting B2B and B2C legal products for UK and overseas based corporate and private clients promoting our immigration services. As a team, we have ambitious sales targets for the next few years, and this role will be instrumental in helping us achieve these. You’ll need to be creative, organised and self-motivated.

    Our successful Legal 500 law firm client seeks an Immigration Sales Manager to support our team of experience solicitors. Reporting into the Managing Partner, the Corporate Sales Manager will:

    • Work closely with partners and other lawyers to drive profitable revenue growth, generate new leads with corporate Clients, and enhance the brand and profile of these services
    • Communicate status of sales pipeline on a regular basis
    • Understand and interpret actions by competitors, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk
    • Ultimately be responsible for building a strong and successful pipeline of clients
    • Build external networks, attends regular functions representing the firm and the practice, and builds credible external relationships with clients, intermediaries and business networks as appropriate
    • Lead on strategic pitches including scoping, writing, rehearsing and client feedback
    • Devise and implement client plans in collaboration with the relationship partners and identify clients recruitment needs, Immigration and other legal services opportunities within our designated key client programmes
    • Spot potential future clients by identifying opportunities and developing relationships
    • Regularly provide suggestions for ways of enhancing client relationships and/or cross selling relationships
    • Work closely with our firm’s Partners on identifying media opportunities for the teams, alerting on work we can profile and issues the team can comment on to raise their profile
    • The role will be based in the City of London but open to hybrid

    Key Requirements:

    • Over 3 years dedicated B2B Sales experience in the Legal Sales/Recruitment – Essential UK Immigration experience ( preferably OISC qualified)
    • Strong social media sales skills primarily using Linkedln
    • Ideally proven track record in legal/recruitment sector
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to strict
      deadlines
    • Able to monitorcampaign performance and budgets
    • Familiar with lead attribution tools
    • Knowledge of CRM systems
    • Proven track record of client success and retention.

    Basic package for this role is from £50,000 per annum, up to £120,000 OTE

    Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
