We are seeking a candidate to handle the sales of Global Talent Visa services, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our legal team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively attract clients through cold and warm calls, explaining the benefits of our services.
• Promptly respond to client inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility for the Global Talent Visa.
• Collect and verify documents to ensure a smooth processing workflow.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers by delivering well-prepared client cases.
• Maintain communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Oversee the entire sales process, meeting targets and enhancing case efficiency.
• Develop and implement new sales strategies to attract clients and improve conversion rates.

What We Offer:

• Fixed salary: £2,000 per month + bonuses for meeting targets.
• The opportunity to earn up to £60,000 annually with bonuses.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in immigration, recruitment, or legal services).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in cold calling.
• Ability to explain complex processes in a clear and accessible manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and targets.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
