Due to the continued expansion of our Immigration Department, Sterling Law is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Immigration Adviser (IAA Level 1) to join our growing team.

We are a rapidly developing immigration law firm helping individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses navigate the UK immigration system. Our team works on complex and meaningful cases, supporting clients from around the world in achieving their immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immigration advice in line with IAA Level 1 authorisation.
• Manage client cases from initial consultation through to application submission.
• Review client documents and assess eligibility for different UK immigration routes.
• Prepare and support immigration applications in accordance with UK Immigration Rules.
• Communicate with clients throughout the immigration process, providing clear and professional guidance.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with solicitors, caseworkers, and the wider immigration team.
• Stay updated on changes to UK immigration legislation and Home Office guidance.

Requirements

• IAA Level 1 accreditation (essential).
• Previous experience working in UK immigration services.
• Strong understanding of UK immigration processes and requirements.
• Experience managing client cases independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.
• Professional, client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Language Skills

• Fluent English is required.
• Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills would be a strong advantage.
