Marketing Specialist (Legal Services)

Sterling Law is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support marketing execution, sales enablement, and lead generation across our immigration and corporate legal services.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who wants to work close to decision-making and see the direct impact of their work on leads and revenue.

Key responsibilities

Sales & lead generation support

• 1. Prepare and adapt sales and marketing materials (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, proposals)
• 2. Support Sales with materials for calls, follow-ups, campaigns, and events
• 3. Help build and improve lead-generation flows (content → enquiry → sales)

Social media & communication

• 1. Manage day-to-day communication on social platforms (comments, messages, enquiries)
• 2. Ensure fast responses and correct routing of leads to Sales
• 3. Maintain consistent, professional brand communication

Content & marketing execution

• 1. Create and adapt lead-oriented content (posts, short articles, landing texts, campaign copy)
• 2. Repurpose content across channels
• 3. Work with external specialists (SEO, content, branding)

Testimonials, platforms & events

• 1. Collect, structure, and publish testimonials and success stories
• 2. Maintain presence on legal platforms, directories, and review channels
• 3. Support participation in offline and online events and follow-up with Sales

Requirements

• 1. 1+ year of experience in marketing, growth, or sales support
• 2. Background in professional services (legal, IT, consulting, recruitment — a plus)
• 3. Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1)
• 3. Structured, fast, and execution-focused mindset
• 4. Comfortable working closely with Sales and management
