Sterling Law is proud to announce another success – our client received a Tech Nation endorsement for the Global Talent visa, despite having a role that is not typically aligned with Tech Nation’s usual applicant profiles.
Our client served as an Art Director and Design & Marketing Manager within the global hardware industry. While these roles are not commonly linked to the core technical positions recognised by Tech Nation, the scope and impact of his work clearly demonstrated his exceptional and significant contributions to the digital technology field.
To secure this outcome, our legal team, Alexandra Mokrova and Nelli Tesis, worked closely together, preparing and structuring the application to emphasise the client’s accomplishments in a way that met Tech Nation’s strict criteria. This included highlighting his leadership in developing and marketing innovative hardware products, as well as his influential role in shaping user experience and digital product’s identity through design.
The products he worked on are well-known and popular worldwide, confirming his international impact and role in advancing digital technology. Through targeted evidence collection and careful narrative framing, we demonstrated how his design-focused leadership directly contributed to the success of these products and their companies.
This case illustrates that non-traditional tech profiles can still qualify for Tech Nation endorsement if their contributions are significant and clearly documented. We are proud to have guided our client through this process with a positive result.
If you are aiming for a Global Talent visa but are not sure if your profile fits the standard requirements, our team can help you present your case in the best possible way.
