About Nelli:
Nelli is a highly accomplished paralegal with a strong educational foundation and practical experience in the field of law. She completed her undergraduate degree in Law with Politics from the University of Lancaster and went on to further her legal expertise by completing her Masters in Law (LLM) at the University College London with a keen focus on areas such as International Arbitration, International Commercial Litigation and Corporate Finance. Her dissertation essay focused on the compensation scheme for employees in the Patents Act 1977 and its impact on innovation. Nelli was also actively involved in extracurricular activities, participating in debating competitions and serving as a Client Relations Executive at UCL Fintech Society.
Nelli has significant experience in complex corporate immigration, as well as business and personal immigration. She has a diverse background in handling Global Talent endorsements and applications, assisting clients worldwide across various fields, including technology, academia, research, and arts. Her wide-ranging expertise enables her to support clients from different parts of the globe effectively, making her an invaluable member of our team.

She is well-versed in the specific criteria of endorsing bodies, including Tech Nation, the Arts Council, the Royal Institute of British Architects, the British Fashion Council, The Producers’ Alliance for Cinema and Television, the British Academy, the Royal Society and the Royal Academy of Engineering.
• Corporate Migration: Expertise in managing complex corporate immigration cases, ensuring successful outcomes for businesses and their employees.
• Business and Personal Immigration: Proficient in handling business-related immigration processes and personal immigration matters, including spouse visas, ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain), naturalisation, and PBS dependent applications.
