Complex Sponsor Licence granted
Oksana Demyanchuk, head of Immigration Law at Sterling Law, has secured a Sponsor Licence for a limited company in the UK after both a previous refusal and revocation.
The company approached Sterling Law after receiving a refusal on a previous sponsor licence application. Moreover, in the past the company had held a sponsor licence but this was revoked due to compliance issues.
A detailed a thorough application was prepared by Oksana, addressing the reasons for refusal of the previous application which the client submitted independently.
As well as this, Oksana further prepared the client for a compliance check, ensuring that the client had the appreciate processes in place to comply with their duties as a sponsor.
As a result, despite the complex nature of the application, the application for a sponsor licence was granted and the client is now able to move forward with sponsoring overseas workers to continue to develop and grow their business in the UK.
