    About Denis

Denis is a multi-jurisdictional legal counsel, qualified in England, Ukraine, and Russia. He is a SRA registered English solicitor, authorized to practice English law.

With over 20 years of legal advisory experience, Denis brings a unique set of legal skills and expertise spanning various industries and markets, with a profound international reach and in-depth knowledge of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, all stages of start-up growth, venture capital financing, and intricate cross-border restructurings.

Denis has a particular interest in guiding and advising start-ups and their founders at every stage of their growth, from pre-seed and seed funding to later Series A, B, or C funding stages.

A significant portion of Denis’ practice is dedicated to managing complex legal projects for high-net-worth individuals and facilitating cross-border restructuring of holding structures with businesses located in multiple jurisdictions.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Denis is deeply committed to pro bono work. Together with his wife and business partner, he has established a UK registered charity, Aid For Ukraine Ltd., with the aim of providing support to Ukrainian refugees who have fled to the European Union as a result of the war in Ukraine initiated by the Russian Federation.
