Jekaterina Trubina is a highly trained OISC Level 2 Immigration Lawyer with over 5 years of practical experience across all areas of UK immigration law

Jekaterina is a graduate of London Metropolitan University with an Upper-Second Class Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Law. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law.

Jekaterina is regulated to carry out complex casework and regularly represents clients in various immigration applications, from straightforward to the most complex.

Jekaterina has a well-established expertise in complex European applications, British citizenship applications for adults and children, detention work and human rights applications with an outstanding success rate. She is also accredited to undertake asylum and humanitarian protection work.

Jekaterina also works closely with senior lawyers in appeal preparation and representations. She is currently training towards attaining OISC Level 3 and becoming a senior lawyer herself.

Jekaterina has strong analytical skills and carefully assesses each client’s individual circumstances. She confidently assists her clients all the way from the initial advice stage to submitting a visa application. She is result-driven and, therefore, makes every effort to reach a positive result in each case she works with.

As well as being an outstanding professional in her field, Jekaterina also possesses excellent interpersonal skills. She is a careful listener and maintains a friendly and approachable atmosphere for her clients.
