Vladyslav Makarov is the Head of Business Development at Sterling Law, a leading Legal 500 firm in London. With nearly two decades of international experience in business development and technology, he helps both corporate clients and high-skilled professionals navigate complex UK immigration pathways and business expansion.

Before joining Sterling Law, Vladyslav held senior leadership roles in global technology and consulting companies, including Verysell Group and Bitfury, driving growth across AI, gaming, fintech, and digital transformation sectors. His career includes leading large-scale partnerships, enterprise negotiations, and innovation initiatives across US, Europe and Asia.

At Sterling Law, Vladyslav combines his expertise in sales strategy and digital innovation to strengthen the firm’s commercial development and enhance client experience. He works closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders applying for Global Talent and Innovator Founder visas, as well as with companies seeking tailored legal solutions for corporate and immigration matters.

Vladyslav holds a Master’s degree in Economics of Enterprise from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and has completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at the University of Oxford.
