This week’s case:
The client, the company that specializes in software development, approached us with request to address their questions regarding the employment contract. They have also asked us to draft a board resolution. After thorough research, we addressed all the questions of the client. We have further successfully drafted a written resolution of the sole director of the company.
Previous week’s case:
The client, a UK-based company approached us with request to draft a marketing agency agreement, a distributor agreement and the rules of conduct for the company. We were also tasked with analyzing payment services agreement. We have further drafted the respectful agreements in short course.
