Our client was applying for her first UK visa after receiving a job offer from a UK-based company. This was an exciting opportunity but also presented several challenges, particularly as it was her first time navigating the UK visa application process. After our client received the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from her employer, she worked closely with Miss Aliya Rimshelis, who carefully assisted in preparing the visa application to ensure all necessary documents were submitted correctly.
One of the primary issues our client encountered was the lack of available biometric appointment slots at the visa application centre in her home country. Due to this, she had to wait almost a month before securing an appointment for her biometric submission. Despite this delay, our client remained patient and proactive in ensuring her application progressed.
Once the biometric appointment was finally attended, the application moved forward smoothly. Impressively, within less than 10 days, our client’s Skilled Worker visa was granted, allowing her to live and work in the UK. Thanks to the diligent efforts of our team and our client’s persistence, she is now able to begin this new chapter of her life and career in the UK.
