Maksym is a dedicated Immigration Lawyer with a deep passion for immigration law. He has experience across various immigration routes and processes, making him well-equipped to assist clients with a range of immigration applications. Maksym has worked with Entry Clearance and Further Leave to Remain applications, Business Immigration, and Settlement applications. He has successfully assisted clients through Spouse visas, Skilled Worker visas, and British Citizenship applications.

Maksym’s expertise extends to business immigration routes, including applications for Innovator visas, Entrepreneur applications, Global Talent visas, and Skilled Worker visas. He was also involved in complex cases involving family visas, EU Settlement Scheme applications, Administrative Reviews, and applications for Naturalisation and Registration as a British Citizen.

In addition to his technical knowledge, Maksym is proficient in communicating with the Home Office, ensuring that all correspondence and submissions are handled efficiently and professionally. Bachelor’s degree in Law
Master’s degree in Law
Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Coventry University, United Kingdom (Merit, 2:1)
CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
