About Marta
Marta Ruszewska is a Level 1 IAA-qualified immigration lawyer with a solid background in family, immigration, and housing law. Having represented clients in both privately funded and publicly funded complex matters, she combines professionalism with genuine empathy for the people she supports.
Marta joined Sterling Law Associates LLP as part of the corporate immigration department, where she works under the guidance of Senior Immigration Lawyer, Alexandra Mokrova, alongside Nelli Tesis. In this role, Marta contributes to complex corporate and business immigration cases, supporting clients across diverse industries. Her practice now focuses primarily on business immigration and settlement applications, where she assists with Sponsor Licence, Skilled Worker, and Global Talent visa cases, as well as a wide range of personal immigration matters.
Deeply connected to the Polish community in the UK, Marta has organised free legal advice sessions, contributed legal insights to Polish-language publications, and collaborated with the Polish Embassy in London to support community outreach and integration initiatives.
Her community engagement, combined with her multilingual ability and practical approach to legal challenges, allows her to provide clear, compassionate, and results-driven support to clients navigating the UK immigration system.
