Successful endorsement for Global Talent in science/ engineering area
Mr. Ruslan Kosarenko, Miss. Ayat Robyn and our team of talented legal associates have successfully obtained an endorsement from Tech Nation for our client!
Our client is an academician in the science/ engineering area, with his specialisation in an area in between petroleum engineering and technology. However, since his area is neither entirely tech nor entirely petroleum engineering, his achievements in both lent only 50% strength to each subject. Further, the number of publications and memberships that were required to be shown for a successful application were not as many as we would have liked. Although the EP Advisory recommended that our client file under exceptional talent, we took a strategic call for better chances of success and advised our client to apply under exceptional promise instead. In a happy turn of events, the endorsing body recognised the multi-disciplinary streams of work and granted endorsement to our client!
