Samreen Sayed-Peer brings over 15 years of experience in human rights, immigration, and equality law. As a trilingual and IAA-accredited legal professional, she leads with both compassion and precision, managing complex immigration and human rights cases with an exceptional record of success.
Recognised for her expertise in defending the rights of vulnerable women, children, and families, Samreen has successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases involving asylum, domestic violence, FGM protection, medical treatment, and family reunification. Her deep understanding of the Human Rights Act, the European Convention on Human Rights, and UK immigration policy enables her to deliver strategic, client-focused representation in even the most challenging circumstances.
