We are pleased to share three successful case outcomes achieved during the first week of May. Each case presented its own challenges, but through our dedicated work and tailored legal strategies, we secured positive results for our clients:
1. British Citizenship
Our client, a high-net-worth individual, has successfully obtained British citizenship. We have supported her journey since her early days on a student visa in the UK. Despite exceeding the absence limit, we secured her settlement a year ago based on 10 years of residence. We have successfully assisted with her British citizenship application, marking the final step in her immigration journey.
2. Parent of a British Child Visa
We successfully secured a visa extension for the parent of a British child despite challenges due to limited documentation. The case required extensive representations to justify the application. With delays exceeding six months, we pursued multiple requests and complaints to expedite the process. The visa has now been granted, and in approximately 2.5 years, the client will be eligible to apply for settlement in the UK.
3. Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme
We successfully secured a Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme visa for a Ukrainian family, among the first applicants, just days after the program launched. The case presented challenges due to extensive absences in the past three years, including periods exceeding six months, which could have impacted the outcome. Additionally, the client had a history of illegal stay in the UK, requiring detailed representations to mitigate any risk of refusal. Despite these complexities, the visa extension was granted.
