Successful endorsements to those who had to flee

 


 

The client is a Russian national, digital tech professional, switched to Global talent visa from Tier 2 general. 

Initial endorsement application was refused due to the following:

The letters of recommendation do not provide evidence that meet the requirements of optional criteria 2. The work the applicant did with green screens ai was support and advice outside of a recognised structure between two individuals. It benefited the company green screens the evidence provided does not show that it advanced the sector.

Endorsement (Tech Nation) granted after several re-applications and reviews.

 


 

The client is a Russian national and  first entered the UK in February 2019 as a Tier 2 migrant with a valid leave until 18 February 2022. The client is a digital technology professional and successfully applied for Global talent visa.

Client was granted endorsement, and, subsequently, leave to remain under the Global Talent route.

 


 

The client is a Ukrainian national and first entered the UK in August 2018 as a Tier 2 (General) migrant with a valid leave until 29 July 2021. Client’s current employer and Sponsor of the visa informed that the employment contract will be terminated by the end of 2020 year. The client a digital marketing specialist.

Client was granted endorsement, and, subsequently, leave to remain under the Global Talent route. The application was not straightforward due to the client holding a marketing position.

 


 

The client is a Russian national and is currently residing in the United States of America under 0-1 visa as an individual with extraordinary ability or achievement. He successfully applied for UK Global Talent visa and came to the UK with his family (wife and 2 children).
