Khrystyna Dmytruk is an immigration paralegal with a focus on human rights, bringing a client-centred approach and strong attention to detail to every matter she supports. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law with First Class Honours from the University of Greenwich.

At the firm, Khrystyna prepares immigration applications, drafts legal documents and correspondence, prepares court bundles and conducts legal research.

Her interest in immigration law was shaped through the Judge Shadowing Scheme at Taylor House (the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber), where she observed a series of immigration and asylum hearings and gained first-hand insights.

She gained her first practical legal experience as a Student Legal Advisor at the University of Greenwich Legal Advice Centre, supporting clients across housing, employment, and family matters under the supervision of a qualified solicitor.

As an alumna of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) UK, Khrystyna cooperated with leading law firms and major legal institutions across the UK and Europe, such as the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Westminster Parliament.

Fluent in English and Ukrainian, with elementary German, she communicates effectively with a broad and diverse range of clients.
