Anton is an experienced solicitor within our Commercial and Corporate team in London.
Anton regularly advises his clients and stakeholders on commercial matters, corporate governance, employment, shareholder disputes as well as acquisitions of companies.
Anton also regularly advises start-ups on contractual documents as well as on various stages of investment rounds to ensure that companies have the best possible start to their success story.
Anton completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Science (BSc) at the University of Bristol and then studied for his LLM in Law and Legal Practice at BPP University, London.
Because of his keen interest in new legal developments, Anton wrote his master’s dissertation on the impact of cryptocurrencies and blockchain on market movements.
Since joining the firm over 4 years ago, Anton has been exposed to various areas of law but has taken a keen interest in Commercial, Corporate and Employment Law.

Notable Cases
1. PJSC National Bank Trust & Anor v Mints & Ors. Dealing with proceedings in the Supreme Court and the High Court.
2. Successfully defended a Respondent Legal 500, SRA Regulated Firm in a five-day Employment Tribunal trial pertaining to allegations of pregnancy and race discrimination and whistleblowing, with the Tribunal dismissing all claims.
3. Drafted transactional documents and completed the acquisition of several FCA-licenced and VASP-licensed and regulated entities.
4. Drafted transactional documents and settlement documents as well as completed a settlement in a multi-million-pound trademark dispute.
5. Successfully negotiated and represented a company in a shareholder dispute over a multi-million-pound proposed investment by an existing shareholder.
