Margarita is an Immigration Lawyer with over 8 years of experience working in Immigration field. She deals with various aspects of Immigration Law and is qualified under the OISC at Level 2.
Margarita advising on a wide range of Immigration and Nationality matters in relation to Business and Private Immigration: Global Talent visa, Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, applications under Appendix FM, EUSS and other cases under the Immigration Law and Nationality Act.
Margarita is also experienced on appeal work and applications related to the ECHR and cases requested to exercise discretion in their decision making. She is graduated from Kingston University with a Master’s diploma in Human Rights.
