About Katsiaryna:
Katsiaryna joined Sterling Law in 2018. She is an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Solicitor with a strong background in business and IP strategy. She holds an LL.M in IP Law from University College London (UCL) and gained her initial legal specialisation in Commercial and Corporate Law at Charles University in Prague.
Katsiaryna has extensive experience in business consulting and legal tech, having worked with Fortune 100 companies, Magic Circle law firms, and some of the world’s largest corporations. She advises a broad range of clients, including small and medium businesses, start-ups, and independent artists, directors, photographers, and creators seeking to protect and register their IP rights. Her expertise includes arbitration, legal negotiations, mediation, advising on international commercial contracts and IP licensing.
Known for her tailored approach to each client, Katsiaryna’s personal qualities ensure a bespoke advisory experience. She is fluent in English, Russian, Belarusian, and speaks conversational Spanish and German.
