About Katsiaryna:
Katia is an intellectual property legal adviser with a wide experience in business and IP strategy planning.
Katia has an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from University College London. She obtained her first specialisation whilst studying Commercial and Corporate Law at Charles University in Prague. Katia is also a qualified lawyer in Belarus and has an International Law degree from Belarusian State University.
Katia provides IP services for small businesses, large companies, start-ups willing to register their logo and name, self-employed artists, photographers and creators. Her previous experience includes arbitration, legal negotiations and mediation, and advising on international commercial contracts.
Katia’s personal qualities contribute to her individual approach to each client and tailored case advisory. She is fluent in Russian, Belarusian, English and German.
