Kyrylo Sudnyk is a highly skilled legal professional with a strong educational background and diverse experience in the field. He holds an LLM LPC from the University of Law, where he is expected to graduate with a commendation/distinction in September 2023. Throughout his studies, Kyrylo has developed practical knowledge and advanced professional communication skills, including interviewing clients and representing them in court. He is proficient in using legal databases such as LexisNexis and Westlaw and has honed his legal writing skills in various areas, including claim/defense submissions, letters of advice, letters before action, and contracts. With a keen understanding of professional regulations and exceptional time-management abilities, Kyrylo consistently delivers high-quality work within deadlines.

Kyrylo also holds an LLB Law (Hons) from the University of Liverpool, where he achieved a 2:1 degree. His studies included key modules in World Trade Law, International Arbitration, International Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, Banking Law, Corporate Insolvency Law, and Family Law. Throughout his degree, Kyrylo demonstrated his ability to present well-researched legal arguments and find the most recent laws and legal cases using various sources. He excelled in critical thinking skills, including analysis, evaluation, inference, and problem-solving, and developed strong time-management and teamworking abilities.

He worked for international law firm in the English Law department, handling drafting tasks, conducting legal research, and providing advice to clients. He gained drafting and analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Kyrylo’s experience also enhanced his time-management skills and client-focused approach.

Furthermore, Kyrylo participated in an introductory course on legal commercial awareness with Future City Lawyers, where he further developed his commercial awareness and communication skills by solving case scenarios and providing risk-mitigation advice.

Kyrylo began working at Sterling Law in November 2022, and he has been serving as a Paralegal since 1 June 2023. In this role, he deals with various areas of law, including but not limited to immigration, civil litigation, and probate. He is scheduled to commence his Training Contract on 1 January 2024.
