    Education and Research

    PhD in Law (Immigration) – Brunel University London (Ongoing)
    Thesis: “Cross-Border Displacement and Resettlement: A Comparative Analysis of the Resettlement Schemes in the United Kingdom.”
    Halyna’s research explores the legal and policy frameworks surrounding displacement, migration, and resettlement. This work gives her a comprehensive understanding of how immigration law affects individuals and communities across borders.

    MSc in Marketing – Birkbeck, University of London (2021–2022)
    Through this degree, Halyna developed strong communication and business strategy skills, which are invaluable in her work on business immigration and corporate sponsorship matters. The programme deepened her understanding of how businesses operate and how immigration law intersects with commercial goals – an essential perspective for advising employers and entrepreneurs in their immigration matters.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Jurisprudence (with Merits) – 2015–2019
    Equivalent to an LLB, this qualification provided Halyna with a solid grounding in legal theory, analytical reasoning, and the principles that underpin the UK’s legal system.
